Meetings for Winter/Spring 2009/10

Aglow with their love for their faith, and enthused from attending the conference in London in January, members of the Gedling community are planning more events to bring the message of Bahá'u'lláh to still more of the people in the area.
Our Study Circles continue to attract interest. Perhaps now is the time for you to join one? Or maybe you just want to come for an informal chat, attend a devotional gathering or join us on a walk in the local countryside? The choice is yours.

There are other prayer meetings and informal discussions, so phone 9565041 if you are interested.

Holy Days

The next Holy day will be a celebration of the New Year, on March 21. Details will be sent out later.

Other activities

Guided Walks
The country walks continue through the winter months, and the next walk is a gentle stroll round Colwick Park on Sunday 27 December. Meet in the car park at 10.45 It is an opportunity to chat with others in an informal group, whilst getting some gentle exercise.

Study circles
A small group (no more than 10) led by a tutor, investigating and talking of matters raised in a study guide. We have two groups going at the moment, one looking at the 'life of the spirit' and the other looking at education of children.

Children's classes
Weekly activities on Sunday mornings. Learning virtues and the Messengers from God, with artwork, singing and games.
Our teachers are experienced and CRB checked.
